Using Our Facilities

St. Rose Church facilities that may be used for wedding receptions, birthday parties, anniversaries, etc.

There is a fee schedule that may be accessed to see what the costs are for renting St. Rose Parish Hall.

The Diocese of Toledo mandates that if the hall is rented for a non-church related event, that the renter must show proof of homeowner insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. Your insurance agent can print a "Certificate of Insurance" with this determination. Should the renter not have homeowner insurance, the diocese does supply insurance to cover events at the cost of $150 per event. This policy is to protect our parishes in the event that someone would become injured during a non-church related event at our facilities.

NOTE: DIOCESE RULES STATE THAT NO TABLES OR CHAIRS CAN BE TAKEN FROM FACILITY FOR USE AT SITE OTHER THAN THE PARISH.

NOTE: The Diocese of Toledo requires that all non-parish activities be insured. You must submit a Certificate of Insurance for your residence showing coverage of $1,000,000. If you do not have coverage in that amount, you must purchase Diocesan Event Coverage through the Toledo Diocese at a cost of $150 per event.

** Couples MUST supply their own priest. A visiting priest must submit a letter to Pastor of St. Rose from his diocese/Order stating that he indeed will be marrying that specific couple at St. Rose Lima, Ohio.
